Unfortunately I'm responding with more questions. My husband is a decendent of Noah McHenry - who from what I can tell was a private in the Confederate Army. Of his children, the next in my husband's line is George. This shows that he died in Chatahoochee, Florida. I researched the Florida State Hosptial archives. There is no record of him being an employee and all patient records at that time are missing(???). George married Sarah (Petty). I can't find any record of her death. One of their sons was Jack who was my husband's grandfather. I'm not just interested in finding the facts and dates (I am interested in that as well), but I'd like to know the stories. Regarding Noah's parents - were they brother and sister? Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
