The email below was passed across the ALCOFFEE mailing list tonight. In concern of the email, I do not know this person nor the email addy. I would not recommend you donating to an unknown person or unknown email address for any reason. Whoever sent this, did so across many mailing lists, and also stated nothing other than to "donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief fund". Actually, they did not include a link. *raises brow* In general, please use good judgement in decisions that can separate your hard earned money from you. If you choose to donate to anyone always make sure that it is a legitimate fund. Just as there are legitimate and well-intended fundraisers out there, there are also those who seek to prey on our concern and caring. I am not saying this fund raiser is not legitimate, but it is very brief. USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT..... Also, I am happy to see all the conversations across the ALCOFFEE mailing list concerning the Chathams. It is good to see communications of seeking and sharing of information.
