looking for family of william jefferson mills born abt 1840 ga. also richard mills abt 1838 ga, both were in geneva co, ala in 1880 in the home of william j.mills was james r. waters listed as a cousin, i know james r. waters was a son of george and abba/abigail waters and that william j. and richard are sons of richard and eveline/evelyn gilstrap mills.but i believe richard mills their father may be the brother of abba/abigail (mills) waters born abt 1780/1790 , thanks in advance idella
