I have no documentation of the death of Cary Curry in Coffee County. He is in the 1860 census and not in the 1870 census. I found postings last night indicating that he migrated to Texas after 1860. I have not verified this information. What I am really trying to do at this point is determine the parents of Tempy. Are they Cary and Nellie Moore or Cary and Martha? I have ordered the marriage license (from the Alabama Archives) of Tempy and Jacob Redmon in the hopes that her mother gave permission for the marriage. If you have any information that would help me, I would appreciated your sharing it.
