I think you have missed what I was saying/. The emails that I am speaking of are the emails that were already posted and are being replied to. They are just being sent on the bottom of the new email. It clutters up the "digest mode" recipients emails and the archives. Below is a prime example: See the way I have replied here....then below me is Nita Hall's reply....then below Nita Hall's reply is Shirley Calhoun's reply...then below Shirley Calhoun's reply is my original post. (NOTE: Ladies, please forgive me for using all of our emails as an example, please.) If I had sent this back in edited form, only this email (mine) and Nita Hall's email would be posting right now. See? Just pressing delete does not correct the problem that folks in the "digest mode" cannot see all of the emails. Digest mode only allows so many kilobytes of information on an email through per twenty four hour day. FYI: Individual mode - Mail list subscribers receive a copy of every email posted. Digest mode - Mail list subscribers receive one digested email copy of all emails from the prior twenty four hour period. Sorry for the intrusions, ALCOFFEE mail listers. You all take care now.....
