Hello Everybody, My name is Linda Jordan. I am looking for any info on my grandfather, Omer Eugene Manning, and my grandmother, Liller McKee Manning. Thanks, Linda
I am trying to find some information on Susan Rudd. She lived in Coffee County. She is listed on the 1850 Federal Census in the household of Burrel Rudd. She was 67 years old. Does anyone have access to the 1855 State Census, and if so, would you be willing to look her up? Also, is anyone aware of if I can get death records around this time in this county? Or has anyone seen her in a cemetary? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anne Barnes

The church has been gone for decades and only a dozen or so markers are left. Many were buried there but they were poor and didn't leave permanent markers.

I have been working on my family history & have been able to go back about 400 years (one branch) but have come to a dead end on the Shearon side. I hope you can help me . . . if I can assist you - please let me know.

McKinneth Page of Coffee Co., AL was the brother of my ancestor, Amanda Samantha (Page) Taunton. Another one of McKinneth's sisters married Jeptha McGlamery, which is most likely where your Jeptha Page's given name came from. I have lots of info on this Page family, including the Bible records of McKinneth Page's parents, listing this birthdates of McKinneth and all of his sisters (he was the only son). I've still got a searchable database at: http://pages.prodigy.net/billpayer/master.htm The downloadable GEDCOM is disabled, but all else should work. Folks that have pointed out errors will still see the errors (on the internet) but my home file has been corrected (they spent the time to let me know, the LEAST I can do is make the change). The website is over a year old, but I just do NOT have the time to make it over to reflect the changes I've made at home (lame apology, but it's my site... & I've had folks write to point out errors --& send more data-- that said they would NOT have written had it been correct). So I'm damned if I do & damned if I don't. Bill W. mailto:BILLPAYER@prodigy.net
