    3. James, There were a large number of McLendon's who resided in Pike County, Ala; as far as I can determine there were only few of the McClendon line here in SE Ala and they were from Coffee County, Ala; the patriarch of the Pike line was Elder George G. McLendon, ca 1797-1895; the Coffee McClendon was Col Joel T. McClendon, 1799-1863. Deo Vindice, Homer T.

    1. [ALCOFFEE] Wilson/McGee Connection???
    2. I recently visited the McGee Family Cemetery just north of New Brockton (Coffee County), AL, where my GGGrandparents, John L. and Nancy Wilson are buried. I am interested in finding out what their connection is to the McGee family. Nancy Wilson was born in Georgia, according to census records, and I was wondering if that might be her maiden name??? -- __________________________________________________________________ Your favorite stores, helpful shopping tools and great gift ideas.
