Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/3R.2ADE/1759.3 Message Board Post: I just had another thought about these cemeteries and what you are actually in need of; and since some of them might not be active churches anymore, and the directions not readily available online, you might get in touch with the Alabama West Florida Conference and see if they don't have some information about the Methodist Churches at least; for instance Wesley Chapel being the oldest Methodist Church in Coffee County is bound to have some data on it somewhere-- You can go to http://www.awfumc.org and find out the email address or you can call them at 1-888-873-3127--the conference office is located in Andalusia, Covington Co., AL You might also visit the University of Alabama Maps website and find directions possibly to your named cemeteries; the Woodland Grove one is also known as Woodlawn, and according to some directions I pulled off the net, it's on County Road 239. Maybe you could contact the Coffee County library system and they could give you directions or at least point you in the right direction to someone with more knowledge about the locations, driving directions, etc. Good Luck on your journey.

Cool Springs is located also in the SE quandrant at T3N, R22E, Section 14. According to the map, it's southeast of Enterprise, nearer the Dale Co. line. Wesley Chapel is in the NE section of Coffee Co., T5N, R22E, Section 18, located just outside the Ft. Rucker boundaries. Woodland Grove is in the NE section of the county as well, in T6N, R21E, Section 32. DALE County: Averett Cemetery is not plotted; however, the description has it near Lowe Army Airfield, Fort Rucker. You might want to check http://www.trackingyourroots.com for those counties and see if the webmaster has those cemeteries listed.
