I did not find a burial for James McConatha but did find a marriage record. James McConatha married Ellen Stockdale on March 3, 1874. They were married by Minister of the Gospel A.J. Sellers, MG at the home of Henry Stockdale. James McConatha and John McConatha posted the marriage bond. Hope this is of some assistance. There is a James McConatha who died in August 1937 in Coosa County, AL. His death certificate number is 20766.
