Alabama) in or before 1819. His son was Samuel Allen King, who fought in the civil war and was wounded and captured at the battle of Champions Hill outside of Vicksburg. I am looking for any information on Allen W .. He lived about 5 miles outside of Ashland Al. (on Hwy 9, if I remember correctly).
