Harris & Martha Almond of Chambers Co., AL. He was born 16 May 1827 and died 2 Aug 1911. He is buried at Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. He married Nancy Ann Carpenter. Alabama Pension # 27454 filed in Clay County - Pensioner; Mrs. M.(N) A. Harris. Witnesses J. L. Carpenter & F. G. McCain. Jackson Harris was a Confederate soldier in the 22nd Ala. Regt. Co. G. I have done much research on the HARRIS family in Clay Co., AL but have found no connection of my HARRIS' to Jackson Harris. Good Luck, Cathy
