Dear Clay County Researchers, We have some unfortunate news as our Dear Sam Russell, for personal reasons, has decided at this time that he will no longer be administrating Clay County Mailing List or Clay County AlGenWeb page. He offered to let me take over the sites for him and I've gladly accepted and hope to do as good a job as Sam has done over the years.
