Looking for any information on Addeline Allen, born 1821 in S.C.married Janes Anderson Garthright and she died in 1897 in Ashland, Alabama. She had four children and one of them was my great grandmother, Mary Jane Garthright, born 1841 and died 1924. She also died in Ashland, Alabama and her child was Mary Ellen Wright born in 1873 and married Charles George McKay. He was born in Lineville, Alabama. He became a Methodist circuit rider and moved away. I understand there is a McKay reunion in Clay County. Please advise. Mary McKay Gates.
