    3. Unfortunately, I have to answer no to all of your questions. My Currie family came to Alabama from South Carolina. Curry, married to Susana "Sukie" Hanson, who lived in Coosa County in the 1850s-1860s? Johnson Curry was born in TN, married Sukie in Carroll Co., GA, and they traveled to AL sometime in the late 1830s or early 1840s. Also, do you happen to know anything about a Capt. Curry, owner of the Curry Plantation in Coosa Co. during the same time frame? Harriet ==== ALCLAY Mailing List ==== For the meaning of family names: http://www.familychronicle.com/surname.htm
