Melitta Elizabeth Haynes, daughter of William Dawson and Lucretia Holland Haynes, was born 22 Aug 1854 in Talladega Co.,AL (now Clay Co.,AL). This information is from my Haynes records, I did not copy it from her headstone. Are you using the Haynes line, or the Pace line for her records? I have information on both families: Abraham Haynes in Kent Co.,MD in 1772, and Richard Pace in Jamestown, VA in the1620's.
