Lexie Olive Bice(b.28 Feb 1902 - d.8 June 1973) married Lester E. Gary.(d. 1936/37) Their son Wm. Harold Gary(b.1920 - d.1997) is my grandfather. They are in Wessbulga, Clay Co, Al According to Mary Araminta Putman, When her Burroughs husband/? died Mary married a man named Black. They lived on a farm in Ashland, Clay Co. Ala.
Am I the only one who gets annoyed at all those Ancestry.com gatewayed messages saying things like, "yes, I am related; email me." Who, what, when, where, why? They are totally disjointed messages and meaningless. Why can't the Ancestry users just post to each other and stop cluttering the rootslists that folks subscribe to with emails equivalent to spam?
