My family came from Clarke CO. Al. I am looking for more information on the Nichols, McKinley, or Tharp families. My Great,Great,Great Grandfather was James Monroe McKinley. He fought with the 36th Al. Inf. Also Rarden A. Tharp, he fought with the 38th Al. Inf. My grandmother was a McKinley, Annie Victoria McKinley, who married James David Nichols.
