Does anyone know who or what organization would have the burial records for the small cemetery that faces Highway 43 next to the Downtowner Motel in Jackson? I think it's called the Parker-Bell cemetery, and I'm trying to verify that Robert Fulton Dolbear (a soldier in the War Between the States) is buried where I think he is!! I appreciate any help.
