I FINALLY found out Saturday from the SSDI that the parents of Della M. Creel are: of Choctaw Co. AL. mother- Mattie Owens (Mattie must be short for Martha.) I am searching now for the parents of Martha(Mattie) S. OWENS. Father- Christopher C. Wiggins (S/O) John P. Wiggins and Delila Strickland) Grandson of John C. Wiggins. Her middle name is not an E. It is Mae, that is what she was always called, Della Mae. I would like to know who the parents of Delilah Strickland(b.1826 AL d. 1923, Al) were. regards, Pat Creel
