I know that he, his parents and siblings lived in Bashi, Clarke County when he was born or when he was very young -- late 1890s and early 1900s. He and all known siblings are deceased; their names are: Grover Henderson SKIPPER (wife Reesie/Ressie), Burl Franklin SKIPPER (wife Lucy Dell Hays), Mattie (husband Will), Clevie (husband Croman), Jessie (husband Ed). It is possible that there was another male sibling -- Ira.
