"northwest quarter of northeast quarter and northeast quartern of northwest quarter of section 10 Township 12 Range 2 East containing 80 acres or less" No that is not a typing error. It all reads like that. That is an actual newspaper item. I need help in the traslation. Where do you find out township numbers and then the sections of a township?
