    1. Alabama Photos Online
    2. Alabama Photos Online The Library of Congress houses photographs taken by or acquired by the different branches of the Federal Government. Many of these photos are posted online in the Library of Congress' American Memories section on the www.loc.gov website. The collection includes photos of people, families, buildings, industries and farms, among other things. Some small areas are well represented, such as Eutaw or Gees Bends or Muscoda or Greene county, as well as large cities. A good portion of the photos of people, do not include the names of the people photographed. I think of these people as someones lost relatives. Perhaps someone can identify someone. Can you imagine the LIbrary of Congress getting additional information on their photograph collection, so many years after they were archived? Best wishes and good luck. Have fun looking into our past. Please, share our American Memories with others. www.loc.gov > American Memories ________________________________________________________________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month!
