Looking for information on Highland School. Probably in or near Hebron area near GroveHill,Al.,Late 1800's early 1900's. Also a teacher there Mattie Blount,perhaps called "Widow Blount" then she married W.A.Smith. Where was she from? What happened to Mr. Blount?Would there be records of her being hired for the job?
