I would assume that the editor (Isaac Grant) printed a listed that was provided to him, or that appeared in a big city newspaper. If you read the rest of the list for the other units they contain the first names or initials. I should mention that it is ONLY a partial list because I lacked the top half of the original article which was cutoff when I made a copy from the microfilm.
