Have gone back and looked at my copies of the Walker wills of Clarke co. only to realize I have only the clerks` transcription and recording of the will which does not have the original signatures of witnesses, bondsmen etc. does Clarke Co. still have the wills for those early yrs. i.e. 1832 , 1845 etc.? It just ocurred to me tnat I need to compare the signature and or seals of Abraham Walker of Clarke Co. Al. and Davidson Co and Williamson Co. Tenn. to see if it might indicate that they are indeed the same Abraham Walker, born 1773 in N.C or S.C. Am enjoying all the recent activity on the List. Sue in No. Al.
