Margaret was born 30 Aug 1775 in VA. She and Benjamin VANDERSLICE were married in Mercer Co., KY. in 1795. Their bondsman was Thomas SCOTT. Margaret and Benjamin moved to AL about 1820. SCOTTs appear in the census in the same area about the same time. The VANSERSLICEs in Chilton descend from Margaret and Benjamin; the SCOTTs may be related to her, also. (There is always a hope.)
