Cal, My great grandfather, William Henry Dupree-b. ca 1862, was the younger brother of John T. Dupree. John T. Dupree-b. ca 1855 in GA (Walton Co. I think) married Dorenda Wyatt-b. 1857 d. April 19, 1933. Her parents were General Francis Marion Wyatt, whose wife was Jane Popwell. I have a little more info on that side, but haven't done much extensive research on that line. I do know John T. Dupree was living with the Thomas and Cornelia Gullahorn family in 1870. I do know that John T. Dupree's father, James Lewis Dupree, died sometime shortly before Feb., 1863, while serving with the 1st Ala. Cav. Reg. CSA. John T.'s mother, Augustus A. Haynes Dupree, died between 1875 and 1880.
