There are two cemeteries in Verbena, Verbena Baptist and Verbena City. They are in the book, CEMETERIES OF CHILTON, pp. 385-394. I did not find any Vincent/Vinson/Vinzant nor Martin listed in either. This could be an error in the book, but that is all I can say. I found the Vinson/Vincent and Martin families in Chilton in 1870, but not the names you were researching. There was a J.S. Martin, age 51 (b. GA) with a female that could possibly be a dau., L.J. age 12, in Baker/Chilton 1870. They were four households from J.R. Vinson, age 32 (b. GA) and family. In Wyatt's CHILTON COUNTY AND HER PEOPLE (Clanton, AL; 1960) there is a section on Verbena (pp. 136-37). I am sorry I could not be of more help. Betty Collins = EHGCollins@aol.com
