Thank-you so much Pat. My Larcenia Martin Vincent seems to be hiding !! Betty had found the Vinson/Vincent and Martin families in Chilton in 1870, but not the names I was researching. But there was a J.S. Martin, age 51 (b. GA) with a female that could possibly be a dau., L.J. age 12, in Baker/Chilton 1870. I will have to look on a census and see what the names of the other children are; if there were any. The L could stand for Larcenia. She was born in 1857 or 1858.; in Alabama. I think ( Obediah and Larcenia) could have been married in Alabama. I have been told that the Vincent's/ Vinson's ; older ones; belonged to the Mars Hill Baptist Church. I do know that she has to be buried around there. The last two children were born in or around Clanton. Thank-you again,for forwarding my message.
