Does anyone have access to an 1870 census for Chilton Co.? I am trying to find the name of a head of household, last name Atkinson, who would show a son named William C. Atkinson. A family bible says Wm. was born in Clanton, Chilton Co. The girl he married, Nora G. Poole, was also from there, so I don't have much reason to think the family moved from the area. The problem I've run into is two different dates of birth I've seen, one July 1858, the other, July 1866. If I could narrow down the field in this county for families with a son, either about age 12 or age 4, I can hopefully track which Atkinson line he belonged to.
