Hi, Laura, The Birmingham Genealogical Society is in Jefferson County, AL. Their web page address is www.birminghamgenealogy.org. They publish a quarterly entitled PIONEER TRAILS. The treasurer is Martha Hansberger, 3336 Winchester Rd. Birmingham, AL 35226. Dues are $15.00 per year for which you get the PIONEER TRAILS. They publish queries for free for memebers.
