The next meeting of the Birmingham Genealogical Society is Saturday, March 19th @ 2pm (coffee and fellowship @ 1:30pm). The speaker this month will be Robert Scott Davis, Director of the Genealogy/Family History Program at Wallace State in Hanceville and author of many books. He will discuss Alabama Pre-Statehood research and what resources and records are available. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
