Details are included in our Family Web Site: www.fourfamiliesreunion.com Most of our ancestors arrived in Blount County prior to the Civil War and now account for many of the families living in the surrounding area of North Alabama. The original four families are Allgood, Bynum, Cornelius, and Murphree, but through intermarriage many, maybe even MOST of the families in North Alabama have some connection with these four families. We also have families that moved west following the Civil War; and some cousins remain in South Carolina from families that did not join the great rush west. You are ALL welcome to YOUR reunion.
