While taking a break from family research, we put our computer in the shop for clean-up and lost ALL of our research, (over 20 years of research). We cannot get the back-up disk to work as the "D" drive was removed during the clean-up. (Waited too late to complain to repair shop and they will not work on the computer unless we give them more money. It will be cheaper to buy a new computer.)
