Andrew REECE son of David and Mary "Polly" Donalson REECE married Susan Chaney in TN. They moved to the 'free' land in Alabama when son William was very young. Andy was in Cherokee Co for several years before moving to DeKalb Co near his parents. There was a Francis NORRIS 16 born in TN living with them in the 1850 census - don't know the connection to family Doris Mayer Reece married into the REECE clan
