If not, I have it and will share a few things I found about Riley Cunningham. The only bit about John F. Hogue that I found off the cuff is that he served as Circuit Clerk--as you said--beginning in 1893 (it says here). Riley A. Cunningham was his Dep. which I presume means Deputy.
