    1. Wallace & Wilkins
    2. jbird411
    3. I'm trying to finding Jesse W. Wallace. Jesse was born 1826, in Georgia. Possibly Hancock County. The first record I have is Jesse and Catherine Wilkins getting married Oct 9, 1845 in Chambers County. In the 1850 censes Jesse and Catherine are in Randolph County. Jesse, and there oldest son, must have died between 1850 and 1852. Catherine and her youngest son, Norval moved to Texas with Catherine's father. Does anyone have any idea where to look for him? If there was a will it was destroyed in a court house fire. James Wilkins, Catherine's father, was from Hancock County. He moved to Chambers County about 1836. Catherine would have been 8 years old. There is a lot of information on him in the "Heritage of Chambers County" book. Nothing on Jesse. I don't know where to look now. Any ideas? Thanks for the help. Janet JBird411@earthlink.net
