Garrett HUDMAN is father of Sarah Ann HUDMAN Welch. Eli and siblings: Robert (b. 1808, SC) Eli (b. 1812, SC) Henry (b. 1813, SC) William (b. 1815, SC) George Howell WELSH, (b. 1816, SC) John, (b. 1817, SC) Nicholas (b. 1817-1818, SC) James P. (1819, SC) James B. (b. 1820, GA) Elizabeth (b. 1827, GA - m. A. WATERS, b. GA) All mostly went by Welch but George Howell went by Welsh and he and his family are buried with Welsh - later descendants also changed to Welch.
