Researching an Andrew Jackson Bowen born March 30, 1819 in Georgia. He was marrried around 1840 to 1845. He had two children by the names of James W. Bowen and Lucinda Bowen. He later married Mary Lee Hayes in Carroll County, Georgia in 1853. Andrew and Mary had thirteen children together. They later moved to Clay County, Alabama. They moved around quite a bit between Georgia and Alabama. It does appear that some of the children were born in Carroll County, Georgia and the rest in Clay County, Alabama near the city of Lineville. He later died on April 10, 1877 right before his move back to Georgia. If anyone is researching this family line please contact me about your research and I will share information with you.
