    3. I'm working on Allen, Muckleroy and related families in Benton Co.,AL. Mrs. Gandrud (Gandrud and Jones) transcribed some Benton/Calhoun Co., records. There is a book on Old Estates and Wills for Benton/Calhoun Co., AL. I copied some pages, but I don't have your surnames. I expect the LDS church would have film. Benton Co. records seem to be in pretty good shape. My ancestors were there in 1840 and some of them in 1850. Some related families were Burrows, McBee, Boozer, Elliott, - mostly families on page 12 of the 1840 census. I'm interested in ALL of the Allens in Benton/Calhoun Co. before 1870.
