Judy, I have information on the Phillips family that is mainly from the Etowah Co. area. I didn't recognize the name you mentioned, but there could very well be a connection...The Phillips line has been pretty well researched! Is that the only information you have as far as the Phillips are concerned? I will start checking to see if I can find a connection! Tricia
