I am at a major brick wall with obtain information of the WPA history for the southeastern part of Alabama. (The Bullock/Macon county area). My g. grandfather apparently worked for the WPA cleaning along highway 29 and was given a stipen during the early 1930's but I can't find any links to understanding how that project worked for this area, and if there are documented stories from these people, where are they kept. If anyone else has descendants who were involved in any way with this project during this time frame, please send your stories and means of contacts of their involvement in the project. delbra project. delbra
