I am a DOVER descendant and read the post about Sherman Dover with interest. Has anyone been in contact with Dennis Dover, the penultimate DOVER researcher? We used to correspond, and I haven't heard from him in a long time. We descend from Bailey Appleton DOVER (1817 -- 1890) and Martha Ann "Patsy" Fielding (Fieldon) (1821 -- 1884 ) of Blount County, AL. Also, does anybody know who Sherman Dover descends from?
