Have acquired a picture of several boys. Picture was supposed to have been made in Blount Co., possibly a mining community. There are 13 boys in the picture: Clifford Smith Leo Smith Dick Huby Melvin Mills Franklin Kelly Lin Lockhart Almos Robert Bell Martin Verner Lang Jack Hanes Royal Kelly Roy Kelly Grad Kelly If I have the Hanes boy identified correctly, this is Thomas Howard (Jack) Hanes, son of Charlie & Annie Redmill Hanes of Walker/Cullman Co. He was electrocuted in a mining accident in 1924, at the age of 16. I would guess this picture to have been made ca. 1920. Would like to talk with anyone connected to any of these boys to help identify where and when picture was made and if I have the right Hanes boy. Terry Jackson
