Hello Blount County Subscribers, A new mystery picture has been posted at the site. Next visit please see if you can identify any of the people. The picture belonged to Nettie May (Parsons) Boren. It was sent by Betty Talbot [[email protected]]. Nettie lived in the Garden City and Hanceville area. Her parents were Noah M. and Jeriah R. (Joe/Jose) Mitchum Parsons. Nettie married Wilbert Henry Boren in 1902. His parents were John Henry Boren Jr. and Amanda Elvira Moody. It's a wonderful old picture of some people in a cotton field probably in Cullman or Blount County.
