I have no documentation for Williams PHILLIPS, Sr but have an indication he was born about 1786 either in North Carolina or Georgia and died about 1860 in Alabama. He married Sarah BURLESON (not sure about last name) about 1808. I believe Sarah was born about 1788 in Georgia and died about 1860 in Alabama. I think it probable that William had a brother named Samuel and possibly a brother named David. Need parents and siblings for William PHILLIPS, Sr and Sarah BURLESON.
