Volume 2 is here! 50 copies fresh from the printer today (4 Apr 03). Volume 2 of the three volume series covers in alphabetical order, Blount County cemeteries H - P, including these cemeteries: Lebanon, Lee's Chapel, Mt. I would like to send the following Obituary of Darrol Odis Russell. He was the son of John Luther Russell and Lou Ella Hooper, the grandson of Isaac Henry Russell and Dovie Ann Ramey, the great grandson John Grady Russell Sr. and Nancy Ann Tidmore, the great great grandson of Caleb Russell and Nancy Grady, and the great great great grandson of James Grady (who wintered with Washington at Valley Forge) and Elizabeth Jennings. He would be my second cousin once removed. I have been working on my Russell family history for a long time. I pulled up his phone number and address on whitepages.com and thought I should contact him and see if he had any information for me. Then I found the obituary--I'll try not to delay in contacting his brothers. My sincere sympathies to the family.
