Hi, Could you please tell me where Perkins Cemetery in Bibb County is. I think it is somewhere in Harrisburg. Thanks Ingrid -------Original Message------- From: ESOR1416@aol.com Date: 06/18/08 23:38:38 To: albibb@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [ALBIBB] Help me find a cemetery - Hi, According to Historical Atlas of Alabama Volume 2 - Cemetery Locations by County, the Sturdivant Cemetery is as follows: Locale 57 - NW - Location: T20S, R4W, Sec 27 - The graves of Rev. William H. & Cynthia Sturdivant (d. 1926), Elizabeth Sturdivant, (no dates), Evaline L. Garner, (1924-1926), John Lindsey and his wife Elizabeth, along with members of the Harmon, Henderson, and Nichols families of the Bamford area. *A few miles North of Helena, Alabama, on Shelby County Hwy 52, take Shelby County Hwy 13. At one time, Bamford, was a flag stop on the railroad. The Atlas map shows the cemetery across the RR, and to the Right, between Bamford and Turner, in Shelby County. I hope this helps, Peg **************Gas prices getting you down? Search AOL Autos for fuel-efficient used cars.
