Northern California? How far is the closest LDS (Morman) Family history library to you? Use www.familysearch.org to find the closest, and also to see what microfilm the have on the records of Bibb Co. For film, go to www.familysearch.org, click on search, than on Library Catalog. Do a place search (Bibb and Alabama). You can order microfilmed records, etc. for use at your local family history library.
