Are these HILLs African American? Please advise.

The Hills that I know of with an Elizabeth are African American with Native American background. The Elizabeth that I know of is supposed to be of Native American descent and from the area around Abercrombie and Harrisburg. This may or may not be the Hill family you are speaking of. Richard Hill is one of those. Who specifically are you looking for? I am looking for any information on the parents of Richard Hill born april 1854.? His mother was elizabeth.? My cousin had his dna tested and he did have black genes.? So we could have a mix here of white, black and native american.? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Where is Harrisburg and Abercrombie?? Sounds like this could be it.? I am white.? The old picture I have of Richard Hill looks very native american.? My grandmother told me before she died in 1996 that he was native american.? I think I found him as J. W. Hill age 6 on the 1860 census.? No father is listed.? His father could have been black.?
